Am Bahnhof Wünsdorf-Waldstadt stand auf dem Stumpfgleis 3 eine Garnitur, bestehend aus dem Steuerwagen mit der Nummer D-DB 50 80 86-75 045-4 Dbpzfa 763.5, vier weiteren Doppelstockwagen sowie BR 147 012. Dieser Zug wird als RB24 zum Flughafen BER und von dort aus weiter als Flughafenexpress (FEX) zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof fahren. Ab Dezember wird die RB24 komplett durchgebunden bis Eberswalde fahren.
