Сочленённый паровоз 2-4-1+1-4-2 системы "Гаррат". Построен заводом Байер Пикокк и Ко (Манчестер). Дособран на Ленинградском Пролетарском паровозоремонтном заводе. В феврале-марте 1933 г. испытывался на линии Свердловск — Верхний Уфалей (Челябинск — Пермская ж.д.) Позднее работал на Екатерининской ж.д. В конце 1933 г. испытывался на экспериментальном кольце НИИ реконструкции тяги. На 1.01.1955 г. числился в депо Иркутск-2 Восточно-Сибирской ж.д.
