| С постройки поступил в депо Курск-Северный ж.д. им. Дзержинского (Московско-Курская). С 11.1942 г. депо Омск Омской ж.д. С 10.1955 г. Московско-Курско-Донбасская ж.д. С 07.1959 г. Юго-Западная ж.д. 9.03.1948 г. — крушение на перегоне Валерино — Колония при следовании с пассажирским поездом № 72. Паровозная бригада, отвлекшись от наблюдения за поездными сигналами, в 02.00, при скорости 65 км/ч допустила столкновение с хвостовой частью остановившегося перед закрытым входным светофором станции Колония грузовым поездом, применено экстренное торможение за 100-150 метров. Машинист Быков, помощник Наумов, кочегар Лемешенок. | |
